Who we're looking for
Guiding operators, trail-estate hosts and bike-hire businesses in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, the Cape Peninsula and the Overberg who can run multi-day or weekend trips for small international groups.
We ask the same things of every partner before we refer a rider:
- Permits or landowner agreements for the trails you guide on.
- Qualified guides and a first-aid and emergency plan we can see.
- Bikes, shuttles and lodging you either own or have reliable arrangements for.
- A written price, deposit and cancellation policy we can put in front of a rider.
How it works
- We talk. A short call about the regions you cover, group sizes, grades, e-bike policy and your season.
- We refer. When an enquiry fits what you run, we send you the rider's brief and ask for a proposal. You price it; we present it.
- You run the trip. The booking contract and payment are between you and the rider. We stay the rider's point of contact alongside you.
- We check in. After the trip we ask the rider for feedback, and share it with you.
What it costs
Our first season runs on free referrals. After that, we agree a commission with each partner in writing before it applies. There are no listing fees.
